automation not working with SLA != WithInCalendarHours()

Hello, i want to create an automation rule:

when issue created

if SLA != WithInCalendarHours()

then send an email

it's about send email to reporter when he creates an issue out of business hours

the jql conditions is working but the rule is not triggering

can you help me please?

Hi @Bill Sheboy 

the rule is defined in the project but the rule is not trigge when i create an issue in the project whereas i am not in the business hours of the SLA.

see above the calendar used in the SLA and the JQL condition

the jql condition shows the ticket i just created but the rule not triggered

Hi @ROUSSEAU Corentin 

You describe the rule trigger is Issue Created.  Where is the rule defined: in a specific project or in the global rules?

If the rule is defined for a specific project, it will only trigger when an issue is created in that project.
