can we set up Nested conditional Logic in the JSM forms?

Hello Dear Atlassian Family,

I have a scenario that, 

I 've have an on boarding form that , Type of hire has 4 options after that Department ( Role of designation) is there, 

Here the condition is , Job level structure (Form Field) has to appear if the Type of Hire is equal to option 1. If type of Hire != Option 1, Job level structure has to be hidden.. That I can achieved. 

2nd condition is , When Type of Hire is equal to Option 1 And Department is equal to 1 or 2 options out of 10 options , It has different job level structure like President, Vp , has to appear in the Job level structure , Based on the selection of Type of Hire = OPt 1 and Dep = 1or 2 options. 

and IF Type of Hire = opt1 and Dep != 1 or 2 option , Remaining Job level structure has to appear in the Job level field .?

This kind of nested Form filed Logical condition can we achieved or not ??

Can any one help this kind of Scenario, That would be very much appreciated.

Good question! You can indeed achieve this. For the conditional display sections they will affect all downstream areas. To have something always display after a conditional section you'll need to add a section and have it always display.

Similarly for your nested conditional, it could look like this:

SECTION 1 - Always Displayed

Question 1

SECTION 2 - CONDITIONAL Question 1 = Option 1

Question 2

SECTION 3 - CONDITIONAL Question 2 = Option 1 or Option 2

Question 3

SECTION 4 - Always Displayed

The same approach, I 'had followed, But the conditional logic is over ride, & The job level structure  has been appearing even when The type of hire is != option1.

Thanks for those, by the looks of things in your 3rd screenshot you want to hide "Job Level" is NOT W-2. In that case, you should ONLY select W-2 in the "is any of", as the conditional display dictates when to SHOW not when to HIDE. Currently, your 3rd screenshot will have the section "Hide this field if hire type is not W-2" would show that section which is empty.

Secondly, having another section immediately below it will override any subsequent fields if it's set to "Always display".

Can you please  elaborate the logic , where I needs to apply , still I can't figurer it out. As per the requirement
