what's the best solution de read from external database on fields ? and how Display a field depends on user's choice ??

I'd use one of the database custom fields in the marketplace to do this.

I want to display a second field that depends on the first selection of the user

Ok, try a "cascading select" field if you want a native field.  The database custom fields also support cascades based on external data if I remember correctly.
