Does JIRA Service Desk provide the ability to hide the customer's email address from the Service Agent? I am looking to anonymize the customer's information as much as possible -- to minimize amount of personal data exposed to the Service Desk.
I am looking for something similar to how kijiji works when a seller and potential buyer are communicating with each other via email. You can hide this from agents by changing the "user email visibility" setting under general configuration in Jira. But this only stops the agents from seeing it, the data is still there for admins and in the backend.
Also keep in mind this is a server-wide setting.
