how to stop description text restart after change it?

i have a tamplate to the description field.
for example: "bug information: ".
after im editing the description and im update, it restart me and i see the change in the history log inside the issue bug the tamplate is back to the what it wrote,

any idea how i can keep the changes? ty

Try removing the "template", whatever that is.

i dont want to remove it
i want it to stay with the changes i did

I'm asking you to remove it because I think it is the cause of the problem.

You need to remove it, check to see if you still have the problem.  If it goes away, you will need to look into whatever this "template" is in more detail because that's the cause.  If you have the same problem without any template, then it's something else.
