Hi, a new project was built for loging incident tickets, all related tickets were moved from the Service desk project and i been trying to add the Request participants to show on the tickets. I keep getting "The 'Request participants' field is not present on the form you are viewing." The field is added to the specific screen. The field is locked in Jira so can't edit anything. I tried adding the field in Admin and get : "The field was added successfully, but you do not have edit permissions." although the edit function for it is enabled for me.
Any suggestions ?
Hi @Tudor Lala
Is this new project a Jira Software project (i.e. a non-Jira Service Desk project)?
I am guessing that the "Request participants" field is a JSD only field...

Hi Tudo,
Kristjan is correct. The Request Participants field is not available for JSW projects because it is a JSD feature. Cheers!

Thank you, is there any way to overcome this ? to add participants through another custom filed ?
