layout of transition showing in e-mail of workflow notification

Hi there!

I have implemented a custom mail event to be sent to persons from a select list (custom field) in the issue when status A is set to status B in a workflow.

Notifications are working, but the transitions made are not shown in mail like in mails from jira itself.

I mean that when getting this "normal" notifications from Jira, eg issue assigned, the previous assignee is shown in red and crossed out and the new assignee is shown in green.

In my notifications there is no such layout, simply previous status and current status. Does anyone know how to achieve that this notifications look similar?

Hi @Sabrina F. ,

Since it's a customisable format we cannot use exactly as Jira default layouts

But we can customize the email body to show the status/ issue fields with adding smart values.

Thank you for your answer! Is it also possible to change the layout? My customer wants that the changed values are highlighted in green and red/crossed.
