We have questions about instance licensing from jira.
1. Do I need licenses for Istans? Where can I find licenses for instances?
2. Are the instances being read to the portal or link? We have fewer portals than registered links.

Can you please explain your concern.

We have licenses for jira and other portals.
We need jira instances with other portals.
Do we need licenses for these instances?

You have some "X" number of licenses for Jira.

Now you are integrating Jira with confluence or other tools (i'm assuming).

If users need to work on both ABC project in Jira and ABC Space in confluence, then you need license in Both.

For integrating one tool to other tool , having License is not manditory.
