I am trying to solve an issue that's happened to one of our employees
she used to receive mail notifications but no longer does, upon assignments/comments or any change. She receives confluence notifications tho.
I tried changing the mail sender
I double checked the notifications settings
I tried disabling/enabling notifications.
and the changes are not made by her so enabling receiving notifications for own changes didn't affect it.

@reem alrashoud , If it is just one user, i would have the user check their email client rules.

I already tried the notification helper and it showed no issue as it says she should be receiving the notification.
As for the email client, I believe changing the sender would've resolved it if it was related to a rule

@reem alrashoud , The rule could be also looking only at the subject or some other part of the email..
Because this is cloud, i cannot recommend mail queue or outbound email logs.. But they would have helped :(
