I have a form that I created for a service desk project. The form is set to stay open once the ticket is created. However, my team mates are not able to re-open the form. I am the only one on the project that can re-open and edit. I checked and my team mates have the same user role as me on the project.
Is there some where else that I should check in the settings?
Found the fix to my issue :)
It was a licensing issue for the JIRA service desk. After I got the licenses set up the users were able to re-open the forms that were submitted.

are customers able to reopen forms once they are submitted, or only admin/users?
