Could you please help me reactivate my account? When I try to reactivate from my billing account, I see my products, but when I click the Reactivate button, I am redirected to the help page and the contact us page, which then redirects me back to my billing account. I seem to be stuck in this loop. Could you please assist me with this issue? Thank you.

Do you know why your product was deactivated? Was it a billing issue?

Only the Atlassian team can assist you with the reactivation. If you are unable to reactivate the subscription from the billing account, you will need to contact the Atlassian team to reactivate it.
