Remove Site admins group from Service Managment

I am trying to remove the site admins group from service manament as i don't want those admins to have access as an agent on the service managment is there a way to change this, i have managed to now do this but i'm still being charged for trusted users i can't see how to remove them as an agent

Welcome to the community. 

Site-Admins always have access and are licensed to all products in a site, so you can't remove them from JSM.

Thank you! i've managed to work out a way to do this however Trusted users are now showing as an agent are you able to remove them?
