Hello,
We are having an issue with request participants not being able to see the details of a ticket. The Service Desk Agent can fine of course, as can the Reporter. When they try to view it, they get a permissions message saying they dont have access to this issue. Is there something I need to do to get this to work?
Thanks.
Aaron,
Do the users have the browse project permission in the project?
Victor
Victor, no they do not. It is using the default config as follows:
Outside of the Service Desk Agent Team, I only want the people who are marked as the reported and request participants to be able to browse the issues.

You'll need to add them to be able to browse the project.

I don't want a named individual. Rather I would like people who are listed under the request participants section of an issue / ticket to be able to see the details of that issue / ticket.

Aaron,
No one can see any ticket if they do not have that permission.
Giving users that project permission won't give them access to other tickets, only the ones that they've reported or shared with.

The problem is that the Request Participants field does not appear in the list of user fields one can grant browse permission to, for some reason.
