Request for annual subscription invoice

We currently pay our subscription monthly using our corporate credit card. I have been advised by our procurement team that we should go for the annual subscription instead.

To proceed with this option, I need to get a quote / invoice from you. Please kindly provide the annual subscription invoice/quote. Our procurement team will then process the payment via purchase order.
