Dear all,
I have to check the permissions on a Conlfluence page via Jira Automation, so far I have done it for the space+key urls and also for the page-id urls, but there is a 3rd option: tiny urls.
So is there a way to convert the tiny url or actually the part after the /x/ to the two options above: space/page-id in a jira automation rule?
Maybe what can be also helpful is a way of converting back the base64 coding on the tiny url so that I get to the content I need. Any ideas?
Cheers :)
Are you able to share a screenshot of the rule you're working with, to help us better understand the use case here?
Cheers,
Charlie
Hi @Charlie Gavey here is my previous question which explains the overall goal: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/Automation-Check-assignee-access-to-Confluence-page/qaq-p/2063864#M205262
In short, I can get back the permissions for pages which are build with space+key urls and also for the page-id urls, but once I get a tiny url pasted in the environment field the logic breaks.
Cheers,
Nikola
