Hi Community,
I’m looking to implement a system in Jira Service Management where users are prevented from selecting a due date within the first 14 days of an issue’s creation. Ideally, when a user clicks the calendar to select a due date, the first 14 days should be greyed out, allowing only dates from Day 15 onward.
Is this achievable via native Jira functionality or would this require Forge, or another solution? Any guidance or examples would be appreciated.
Best regards,
Kashif
It is not possible to achieve by native Jira functionalities (grayed days). I was thinking about SR behaviours but I'm not sure that this is possible too. I don't know about Forge.
In other hand - you can create automation rule which will rollback date if someone will pick wrong date and add comment to a ticket with mention to the user who triggered it.

Seba
