Scriptrunner: How to set Customer Request Type/Issue Type

Good morning everyone and thank you for help in advance. We are trying to create a ticket from our Service Desk to another Project by using a component (SD-GOO). The process is to clone a ticket created in Service Desk and copy everything over to another project called GOO. However, we run into an issue where because Customer Request Type is not the same from SD and GOO that the ticket is not properly shown in the Help Center. Is there a way to statically set an Issue type in GOO and Customer Request Type when the ticket is being cloned? If so how can I do to accomplish this?
