Servce Desk manage Customers

We have one Jira instance with 100+ users and on a different server we have Service Desk with 10 agents. We are using Crowd for user management. How can all of Jira users be able to log in to the customer portal with same credentials without the need to sign up and create a password.

I think I solved it be importing jira-users to be able to authenticate in Crowd.
