Hi Service Desk Team and also some other kind people,
I need to configure the fields screen of Service Desk Customer Portal requests list page, is this possible?
For example, currently there are fields like Type, Reference, Summary, Service desk, Status, Requester. What if I want to add or remove some fields? Are these fields configurable? I need to figure this out urgently, any help will be very welcomed!
