Is there a way to implement anonymous access to the Service Desk portals(e.g. https://{servicedeskhostname}/servicedesk/customer/portal/1 )? I've implemented the steps to allow an anonymous ticket to be created from the default Service Desk page without signing in to the tool (e.g. https://{servicedeskhostname}) , but it still requires a log in from the portal.
