Hi! So, you want to integrate Jira & ServiceNow Customer Service Module via the ServiceNow connector for Jira? You should be able to do that. Do you have issues with the connector or still wondering whether or not you should use it? If it's the latter, i believe the Atlassian marketplace has plenty of options - depending on your use case (ZigiOps is such an alternative).
