Hi @veera things

This is Majid @ Exalate.

In order to fully synchronize your Jira instance to ServiceNow bidirectionally, you can utilize an an integration app such as Exalate. The app provides you fully customizable synchronization between incidents/ problems/ change requests etc. in ServiceNow and Jira issues (epics/stories/tasks etc.).

Please feel free to book a customized demo if you would like to see the product in action.

Thanks

Majid

It depends on how you have connected Jira and Service now. Integrations between the two should not be a problem, but since the tools are used for different things, it is sometimes not very practical to have duplication in multiple systems.

Using the Jira API, you can create tickets from Jira in ServiceNow, as long as the fields are mapped correctly and ServiceNow accepts creation of items through their API.

@veera things hello. It is possible, yes. As Jimi said, it all depends on how you set up the integration. If you're open to using external solutions, that allow customizations to fit use cases like yours, take a look at ZigiOps. It's a no-code tool that takes less than 15 minutes to establish a working integration. It connects the systems bi-directionally and can transfer various data (fields). Check it out. You can also go to a demo meeting to see how it manages your use case.
