i have installed Jira software en Jira servicedesk.
I created a dashboard in Jira Servicedesk and I want to share this with all the users of Jira Software.
All filters on the dashboard are shared with anyone.
But users do not see the actual status.

Did you grant your Jira software users browse permission in the Jira Service Desk? They will need it to see the issues from that project.
