Show all comments in email notification?

Is there any way to configure Jira email notifications on "Issue Commented" to include all the issue's comments? (allowing our users to have context of the conversation if they wanted to reply to the comment stream via email).

To answer your question directly, there is currently no configuration within JIRA to achieve this.
