Show the descripion of the issue while hovering near it (whith cursor)

I wonder san I somehow show the user the field Description of an issue when he places cursor on it in a queue?

We launched the Issue Preview for Jira app that can show the Description and much more!
You can enable the preview for all projects or for specific projects only and customise the list of fields for each individual project.

It does indeed support queues. Check it out and let us know what you think!
