After upgrading to Service Desk 3.1.0 the service desks available in the system are now located under "Browse all" or thru the "Popular".
For me/us this feature is annoying since i want to show all service desk directly on the portal.
Can this be customized in some way? or how do I show all service desks without using the "Browse all"

We have the same problem.
We would like to use 'Public signup' as described here:
https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedesk025/configuring-public-signup-754977408.html
But they can not because all "Open Service Desks" would be visible to all and this is not possible for obvious reasons of business confidentiality.
Any solution?
