Single User - Best Project and Task organization software?

I understand this software is geared more for teams; however, what if it is for just one person?  What software would you recommend to manage projects and tasks?

JIRA Cloud provides free instances for upto 10 users for JIRA and Confluence. Depending on what is your objective, you should be good to start with free version. 

if you want to manage a To Do kind of task list, have you looked at Trello or similar kanban based tools?

Thank you @Vishal Biyani .  My objective is to manage projects and my workload through JIRA.  I have used so many apps from Capacities to Obsidian...I really didn't care for the UI experience.  Thanks.
