I've recently setup a new event so that when we create a bug & only a bug, a notification is sent out. The current settings have the notification going to the "Reporter" and i'm trying to send a notification to "support@atlasrfid.com". I've tried using the "Single Email" option as well as "Single User" option and as of yet "support@atlasrfid.com" is yet to receive a notification. I'm confident the event & post functions are working correctly as the "Reporter" is receiving notification when a "Bug" is created. Can you help me figure out why notifications are going out when I use the single user or single email options?

Login as Admin--> System--> check for Notification Helper and check.
