Smart commit "resolve" is closing issue

I am using the classic default workflow, and configured the transition triggers.

All transitions are working except for "resovle". Whenever that is used, the issue is moved to the closed state instae of the resolved state.

I can't figure out why this is happening. The ambiguity issues shouldn't apply.

The issue seems to revolve around having multiple transitions out of a state. It seems that the no matter the command provided, the transition that was defined last is executed.
