Software Scrum - Project Management

I am creating a project and want to use a SCRUM template. The template is not available on selection list. How to get it in the list so that I can select it for the new project.

Check under Applications and check if you have JIRA Software.

SCRUM Option will be available if you have JIRA Software License.

Do you have Jira Software, and are in the Software users group? Check under "manage applications"
