Hello all,
I have three instances where new accounts have been created, but the activation emails have not come through to the users.
I can see the accounts in the User Management section, but even when I send a passwor reset through, nothing is received.
I have over 150 other accounts that this does not effect, but three that I just can't get working.
Any ideas?
We had the same thing happen. I ended up having to submit a support ticket. They got it cleared up. :-)
