Specific creator of an issue should not get a notification

Hi, has anyone an idea how to solve this:

We have the case that a dummy-user/dummy-mailadress creates a new issue. (We configurated this with the automation). It can happen that there are 400 new issues from created by this dummy. How can I manage that this dummy-user dosn't receive a notification (or even 400 of them)?

What about these options:

  • Do not set real email to dummy-user
  • Configure dummy-user preferences to do not receive notifications about actions made by him

Thank you for your feedback. The first option ist not possible, because the dummy-address ist from one of our customers.

How/where do I configure the preferences for only one user?
