Sub-Task Automatization

We would like that the parent issue gets moved to the next status once all the sub-tasks reached this status.

For example:

• User Story - To DO
• Sub Task A - To Do
• Sub Task B - To Do

Once both sub tasks reach the status "In progress" the parent Task should also get moved to the status "In Progress" automatically or maybe with a pop up asking if the parent issue should be moved. 

Do you know if this is possible?
