Subtasks for customers portal

Good day to everyone,

I wonder is there a way to allow suctomers to create subtasks and (or) linked issues  from customers ubtasks for customers portal?

I am looking for options, thanks in advance for any answers.

This plugin here

https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/net.youngplugins.service-desk-subtasks/server/overview

might have done the job, but it doesn't support latest versions...
