Time Since Chart in JIRA 4.4.1 doesn't work with custom date fields

I'm using the Time Since Chart on my dashboard. It works fine when I configure the Date Field to use one of the built in fields (Created, Date Due, Resolved, or Updated). However, it always returns 0 records when I configure the Date Field to be one of my custom date fields. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
