Our customers use the Service Desk Portal in German.
We use the German Language Pack and translated labels, priorities, etc. where necessary.
Unfortunately, the translated priorities are still displayed in English.
What's wrong?

I've just taken a look on both Cloud and Server and you can manage the translations of priorities the following ways:
Cloud
You can translate priorities on the following page: https://<YOURSITENAME>.atlassian.net/secure/admin/ViewTranslations!default.jspa?issueConstantType=priority&selectedLocale=de_DE
Server (tested in v7.7.1)
You can translate priorities on the following page: https://<YOURSITEDOMAIN+PATH>/secure/admin/ViewTranslations!default.jspa?issueConstantType=priority&selectedLocale=de_DE
