We are using Jira SM DC. Is it possible to implement transition buttons via email?
For example, the customer (reporter) receives an email with the following content:
”Your request has been resolved. Please confirm task completion.
Click Yes if the request is resolved, and No if the request is not resolved.
If you select No, please specify the reason.”
When Yes is selected, the request transitions to the Closed status.
When No is selected, the request is returned to work.
I tried implementing this using the link:
https://<jiralink>/secure/CommentAssignIssue!default.jspa?id=<issueid>&action=<actionid>,
but it works only for licensed users and does not work for regular customers.
