If the linked issue of ABC issue type which is linked to parent jira and all the linked issue status should be in closed/resolved state. Then transition the parent issue from Fail to retest
I tried an automation that runs on a periodic basis to check the Stories linked to a Epic, although I wasn't able to move the Epic based on the stories Status.
Can you provide a little more information about your use case? Perhaps something more elaborate with Issue Type and Issue keys in the example so that I can revisit this later.
