Unable to Bulk Update Issues

I've found several posts on this but none of them seem to answer my question - how do I get the bulk update option on multiple issues please?

I am a member of the following groups:

administrators

jira-administrators

jira-servicedesk-users

site-admins

Make Bulk changes is available to the following groups:

jira-software-users

site-admins

jira-administrators

administrators

jira-servicedesk-users

But yet I still cannot bulk update issues, any ideas please?

Hi @Dan Avery and welcome to the Community!

Do you also have the proper permissions on the Project level?

To perform a bulk operation, you'll need the global Make bulk changes permission and the relevant permission for each project. For example, you would need to have the Move Issue project permission and Make bulk changes global permissions to move a group of issues at the same time.
