Unable to add SMTP email server

When i try to change the outgoing email in mail settings, i get a blank page

It is not possible to configure your own SMTP server in in Atlassian Cloud applications, as documented in:

However, the possibility to configure the sender email address for a Jira Cloud project, that will also serve as the reply address for responses to notifications, is already available and it is explained in the below documentation:

• Configuring Jira Cloud to send emails on behalf of your domain
