Unable to see paid invoice of January month

We have paid Jan month invoice but unable to see invoice in invoices list.

Please check & resolve the issue.

Hello @Jira Admin 

Welcome to Community :)

To be able to see the billing invoice you need to be the billing admin of your instance. If you are the admin and still unable to see then you can contact the billing team as shown by Ollie
