Unable to select rule actor

I am unable to select the rule actor for my rules. This is in a sandbox, and the sandbox permissions were copied from the real Jira organization. In the other Jira organization I can select the automation actor, but not here in the sandbox. Anyone knows the reason for this? Any help is appreciated

Hi @Sérgio Baixo 

Look like Global configuration is missing the configuration checked to allow project admins to manage rule.
