Under JIRA Classic How to do add addtional fields . Presently we have only three fields to namely Project Name,  Key and Project Lead.  Guide how do add additional  filed here.   I required to capture client name and release number

you are talking about the screen for creating a new project (JIRA Core). This screen is not customizable.
