Updating date filed with highest date from linked tasks

Hello everyone,

I want to create an automated process where a Date field from a Task from another project within the same jira database is updated base on the highest date from all of the linked tasks

For example:

Project 1 - Task (name)

Linked issues:

- Project 2 - Task 1 - Date field (1st Sep. 2022)

- Project 2 - Task 2 - Date field (10th Apr. 2022)

In this instance i would like for the Project 1 - Task to have the Date filed automatically updated to (1st Sep.2022)

The same kind of updated should also apply in case the Project 2 - Task 1 - Date field is modified to a closer date such as (10th May 2022)

Is this scenario possible with automation or code?
