Upgraded to 4.0 and the create button stopped working for agents

Hello All, I have a problem I hope you can help with. After upgrading to Jira Core 8.0 and Service Desk 4.0, the create button at top of screen stopped working while in as an agent under \secure. It just sits and spins. Updated to 8.0.1 and 4.0.1, same issue. Has anyone seen / corrected this?

Just found out, the "Edit" button in existing tickets exhibits the same issue.

If I right click the button and open in a new window or tab, ticket entry comes up. Nothing has changed with the browser and it happens in both IE and Chrome. If I go to the project settings the create button works. It seems to be only while actually in Service Desk.

I'm still on the latest version before 4.0, and I'm having the exact same issue.

Issues that are created by customers in the customer portal don't have the issue. It's just in the technician view.

It's weird because there's no error or anything. It literally just does nothing.
