I'm trying to remove our initial admin user before my trial expires, so we don't need to pay for it. I started by removing them from the Org Admin. Don't worry, I made sure we had another Org Admin first. Then, I revoked site access.
Now, I want to remove them from site-admin, then delete them as a user.
Their user profile shows they are a part of the site-admins group. I try to remove them from that page from the "..." menu, but I get the error, "Had trouble removing user from site-admin group." The site-admin group page does not show the user as a member.
What do I need to do?
I checked today, and it looks like the user has been removed from the site-admins group. I'm not sure what changed. Perhaps Atlassian has a batch job that does this? Maybe they logged the error and now fixed it? Very strange. Anyhow, it has been solved.

It does not, unfortunately. That is the very place I started.
