I have created a service desk form for users at our company to submit tickets to. I have the name field linked to the reporter fields in our projects, however when testing with one of my team members, they are unable to find their name when searching, where as when I test I am able to see all users. I'm suspecting a permission issue, but unsure how to solve it.

Check the project role for Service Desk Team - I suspect you are in this role and the other user is not.
Hi @Bassel.Kharwat can you try checking Modify Reporter access in the permission Scheme.
User might not have access to Modify the reporter.
