Users only showing up in managed account list, not in list under user admin in jira

We just claimed an additional domain for our atlassian cloud instance. It successfully created managed accounts for all of the users from the newly claimed domain, but those users are not showing up in the list of users that user admin takes you to, so I can't do anything with the accounts in terms of assign them products, to groups or even assigning tickets to them. Did I miss a step somewhere in getting these new managed accounts into the user list that is used by jira for assignments/groups/mentions etc? The site where these users were pulled from as a result of claiming the domain is a server instance of jira, and the site that claimed the domain is a cloud instance if that matters.

Thanks,

Jay

Hi Jay,

Are you using G-Suite? You might have already found this in the documentation but just in case, there are some considerations towards the end.

HI Stuart,

We aren't using G-Suite so unfortunately that's not the answer, but good thought!
