VM Email from outside vendor / Cannot create request

Jira Error Message:

Request could not be created. Please Check the fields have been correctly filled in. Please provide a valid value for field 'Subject'

 

there is a valid subject line:

example: New voicemail from James Claire vis 044 ALL RG

Are you able to create an issue directly in the project (permissions)?

Do you have any conditions/validators set up?

Can you post a screenshot of your email message field mapping?
