While setting up the project I came across the below scenario where I have to send a notification to the assignee about an issue creation.
However the Assignee is assigned using an automation rule.
Now I need to understand whether an automation rule runs first or notification as understood form one of the post that both runs independently.
Currently the Assignee receives the email inconsistently, can someone help me resolve this issue
Hello, Good day. As you are using automation to assign the issues, you can create a second action on the same rule to send email notification to the assignee. This should help address intermittent failure.
